Mission Control Website Build Brand Email

A custom site and owned marketing stack for a Los Angeles media company.

The Challenge

iKahan Media is a Los Angeles out-of-home advertising company. Billboards, bus wraps, and premium placements across the city. The inventory is the product, and the inventory never sits still. Boards open and book on a rolling basis, offerings shift week to week, and the brand needed a site that could keep pace with all of it.

The previous setup made that hard. Every time an opening changed or a new offering went live, updating the site meant wrestling a template and waiting on a workflow. The branding was due for a refresh, and the email list, a deep rolodex built over years, was not being put to work the way it could be.

The Approach: Mission Control

Noble Growth installed Mission Control for iKahan. The idea is simple. Move the entire foundation into code the company owns, then make it fast to operate. The site, the brand, and the email engine all run from one place and improve together.

  • Built a fully custom site on Astro, deployed to Cloudflare Pages, loading fast from the edge.
  • Revamped the brand and visual system so the site reflects the quality of the placements iKahan sells.
  • Wired three form endpoints through Cloudflare Workers and Resend so inbound inquiries route instantly, with no third-party form SaaS in the loop.
  • Organized the email audience into a Master Rolodex with clear tiering, then ran a steady eblast cadence to the right segments.
  • Set the site up so a shifting inventory page or a new offering is a quick, controlled change, not a project.
  • Handed over ownership of the codebase, the hosting, the domain, and the email infrastructure.

The inventory changes constantly. The site needed to change just as easily. Now it does, and the team owns every piece of it.

What Got Installed

Custom Website

Astro on Cloudflare Pages. Fast, owned, and quick to update as inventory and offerings change.

Brand Refresh

A modernized visual system that matches the premium nature of iKahan's placements.

Forms & Routing

Three endpoints on Cloudflare Workers and Resend, so every inquiry lands without a form vendor.

Email Engine

A tiered Master Rolodex and a consistent eblast cadence that keeps the audience warm.

Results

The site is live at ikahanmedia.com, owned end to end, and it keeps getting sharper as the work continues. Updates that used to take a workflow now ship quickly, the brand presents at the level of the product, and the audience has grown across every channel.

Instagram grew from about 500 to more than 50,000 followers, turning a quiet account into a real audience.

Organic web traffic climbed from dozens to thousands of visitors a month, on a custom site that loads in under a second from Cloudflare's edge.

Inventory and offerings update fast, so the site keeps pace with a product that changes every week.

Overall efficiency and profitability improved, with the site and performance getting better month over month as the foundation compounds.

Conclusion

iKahan now runs on a foundation it owns. A custom site that keeps up with shifting inventory, a brand that matches the work, and an email engine pulling its weight. It is a clean example of Mission Control in practice. Build the foundation once, operate it easily, and let it improve every time the tools do.
