Noble Growth LLC ("Noble Growth," "we," "us") operates noblegrowth.co. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to keep this short and honest.

What we collect

• Form submissions. When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email, channels of interest, and message.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records anonymous traffic data (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location by country, device type). It does not identify you personally.
• Server logs. Cloudflare records standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and performance.

What we do with it

• Respond to your inquiry and arrange an intro call when requested.
• Send occasional follow-ups related to your stated interest, which you can opt out of at any time.
• Understand site traffic patterns to improve content and structure.
• Protect the site from abuse and attacks.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare hosts the site and provides DDoS protection.
• Google Analytics 4 measures traffic patterns.
• Resend delivers email notifications and replies.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

Connected social platforms

Noble Growth uses platform APIs from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest, Google (Google Ads and YouTube) and similar services to publish content and manage advertising campaigns on behalf of Noble Growth and its clients. Data received through these APIs, such as page information, post metrics, and ad performance, is used solely to provide those marketing services. We do not sell this data, share it with unrelated third parties, or use it for any purpose beyond operating the connected accounts and campaigns. To request deletion of any platform data we hold, contact us at the address below and we will honor the request within 30 days.

Pinterest. When a client grants Noble Growth access to its Pinterest business profile or ad account through Pinterest Business Manager, we use the Pinterest API to publish Pins the client has approved, to create and manage that client's ad campaigns, and to read aggregate performance data such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversions for reporting. We do not access or store personal data about Pinners. Access tokens are stored securely on our own servers and are used only for the accounts that granted access. A client can revoke our access at any time in Pinterest Business Manager, and we delete that client's stored Pinterest data on request.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish unique visitors. You can disable cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out. The site works fully without cookies enabled.

Data retention

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up engagement. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months per GA4 defaults.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete.

Children

The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

International visitors

Noble Growth is based in California, United States. By using the site you understand that your information may be processed in the US.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
